Pregnancy TestingWe offer a medical grade urine pregnancy test that measures at approximately 20 units of HCG hormone. Your test may be self-administered with instruction or may be administered by our trained staff. With a positive pregnancy test, we can give you a Verification of Pregnancy letter that will help you to obtain health insurance through the State of Michigan. After confirming your pregnancy, we are able to offer you an appointment for a free ultrasound.

UltrasoundsBy using a state-of-the-art ultrasound, our medical director
is able to provide a report which will: • Verify intrauterine pregnancy • Rule out ectopic pregnancy • Determine fetal heart beat • Estimate fetal age Most clients are with us for 60-90 minutes for an options discussion and ultrasound. You will have a chance to view the ultrasound image. Pictures may be provided if you so choose. |

We Offer Services For Men TooOur services are not just for women. We care about men too. Our advocates are trained to help fathers understand their role in the pregnancy.. We are also able to offer them support and care during and after the decision-making process.

Birth Control
The Oxford Pregnancy Center does not distribute any form of contraception. We do, however, have education material available. This conversation is best discussed with your health care provider. |
Plan B & Ella
Emergency contraception is not available at the Oxford Pregnancy Center. The FDA suggests that all women obtain a pregnancy test prior to taking Plan B or Ella. We can provide this test for you along with information about how emergency contraception works. |
Sexually Transmitted Infections
The Oxford Pregnancy Center is a limited medical facility and does not do testing for STIs. We are able to educate you on symptoms and how to protect yourself from contracting an STI. You may obtain free, confidential STI testing and treatment at Crossroads Care Center. |
